Nutella, Nougat, Mango, Honey
From the serene slopes of Caranavi, Bolivia, Arcangel is a beautifully crafted Honey-processed Caturra coffee, cultivated at 1,550 meters above sea level. Founded in 2015, with its first harvest in 2017, the farm is renowned for its dedicated separation of Red and Yellow Caturra cherries, allowing for unique flavour development and varietal expression. This thoughtful approach highlights Arcangel’s commitment to innovation, precision, and quality.
The farm’s name, “El Arcángel”, is inspired by a majestic tree that once stood at its highest point—towering and protective, like a guardian of the land. This spiritual presence is reflected in the peaceful, almost sacred atmosphere of the farm, which has become a place of retreat and inspiration for producers and visitors alike.
Coffee at Arcangel is grown in neat, orderly rows, ensuring efficient harvests and optimal plant care. The combination of high altitude, careful cultivation, and calm surroundings results in a cup that is both elegant and comforting.
A smooth and velvety coffee with indulgent notes of Nutella and nougat, lifted by hints of ripe mango and floral honey. Arcangel offers a gentle yet complex profile, perfect for those who enjoy sweet, balanced coffees with soft fruit and nut undertones.
