In a country where coffee is a way of life, these farmers meticulously tend to their plots, each less than a hectare in size, creating a close connection to the land and their crops.

The Bourbon variety thrives at altitudes of 1550-1750 meters, nourished by the region's fertile soils and ideal climate. Farmers, with an average of 50 to 250 coffee trees each, carefully cultivate and harvest their beans, ensuring exceptional quality. This washed process coffee captures the essence of Burundi’s intimate coffee culture, producing a flavor profile that is both delicate and vibrant.
