Located in the lush highlands of the Huila region, this decaffeinated coffee showcases the exceptional quality and innovation of Colombian coffee production. Huila is renowned for its volcanic soils, high altitudes, and ideal climate, which contribute to the production of some of the world’s finest specialty coffees.

Back in 2010, a group of 50 women launched a revolutionary project to address the challenges women faced in business and access to credit. Their goal was to create opportunities for future generations of women. Starting with 2,500 coffee trees and drying tables, their hard work and determination not only led to the production of high-quality coffees but also established a foundation for economic independence and growth.

Today, the project has grown into Las Rosas, a network of 350 women who continue to uplift and support each other. This invaluable community empowers women to provide for their families and secure a brighter future.

This coffee undergoes the Swiss Water Process, a chemical-free decaffeination method that preserves the beans’ natural flavors while removing caffeine. This process involves soaking the beans in water to extract caffeine while maintaining the coffee's vibrant notes and smooth profile.
