Nestled at altitudes of 1700-1900 meters, this single-origin coffee is grown in a remote, mountainous region of Colombia. The cool mountain air, combined with cold nights and sunny days, creates the perfect conditions for developing its distinct and vibrant flavors.

This Pink Bourbon variety reflects the dedication and innovation of William Ortiz, a coffee producer born into a farming family. With a passion for experimentation, William has mastered the art of cultivating high-quality coffee, earning his farm recognition as a finalist in several Colombian excellence competitions.

The beans undergo a meticulous natural process, including 200 minutes of anaerobic fermentation and thermal shock, followed by 35 days of sun-drying. This careful approach ensures a truly unique flavor profile and exceptional quality in every cup.
