Brown sugar, caramel, smooth body
Fazenda Bagagem is a remarkable coffee farm nestled in the Chapada dos Veadeiros region of Brazil, approximately 180 km from Brasília. Owned by the Orioli family, this 150-hectare farm is dedicated to producing exceptional specialty coffee, taking full advantage of the region’s ideal altitude, climate, and soil conditions.
At 1,100 meters, the farm cultivates the prized Geisha varietal, renowned for its delicate floral and sweet characteristics. The cherries are selectively hand-picked, ensuring that only the ripest fruit is harvested before undergoing natural processing, allowing the beans to develop their full depth of flavor and complexity.
Fazenda Bagagem is committed to sustainability and quality, holding both UTZ and Rainforest Alliance certifications since 2018, recognizing their dedication to responsible farming. In 2019, they became certified by the Brazilian Specialty Coffee Association (BSCA), solidifying their status as producers of high-quality specialty coffee.
Tasting Notes:
A beautifully smooth and well-balanced coffee with notes of rich brown sugar and caramel, complemented by a velvety body. The natural processing enhances its sweetness and depth, making it an elegant and comforting cup, perfect for those who appreciate refined Brazilian coffees.
