What are your delivery options and shipping fees?
We deliver exclusively within Portugal and the Portuguese islands. Each roaster ships their part of your order individually using their preferred shipping provider.
Our shipping fees are flat rates per roaster shipment:
- €3 for mainland Portugal
- €6 for the Portuguese islands
Where does my order come from and how soon does it get delivered?
We don’t stock coffee in a warehouse. Instead, your order is sent directly from the roaster you’re purchasing from, ensuring you receive the freshest coffee possible! Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, and delivery times depend on your location. In mainland Portugal, you may receive your order as soon as the next day after shipping. On one of the islands carriers suggest 5-7 working days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe to securely process payments, supporting most major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Are the beans freshly roasted?
Yes! We collaborate with individual roasters who have freshly roasted beans in stock, and they ship orders directly to our customers.
