Chocolatey and Balanced – Brazil Mogiana Alta
Sourced from the renowned Mogiana Alta region in São Paulo, this single origin coffee grows at 900–1,000 MASL, where stable climate conditions allow slow, even cherry maturation. With over a century of coffee heritage, the region is recognised worldwide for producing consistent, high-quality lots.
Produced from 100% Arabica varietals – Catuaí and Mundo Novo, this coffee is natural processed and selectively harvested at peak ripeness. Controlled sun-drying preserves sweetness, clarity, and structure in the cup.
With an SCA score of 83.5, this coffee offers approachability with depth. Suitable for both espresso and filter.
Tasting Notes: Dark chocolate, walnut, and ripe stone fruit. Sweet and round, with low acidity and a medium body.
