Colombia - Cherry Bomb

Cherry Bomb Co-Fermented Natural Coffee

Cherry Bomb is a bold and limited co-fermented natural coffee from Colombia.
Processed at the innovative El Vergel Estate in Tolima, this coffee is crafted from Castillo and Colombia varietals sourced from 250 coffee-growing families across Tolima, Huila, and Caldas.

The cherries undergo a controlled fermentation process, beginning with 48 hours of anaerobic pre-fermentation before being co-fermented with yeasts, red cherry, and sugarcane for five days to enhance sweetness, depth, and fruit intensity.

Grown at 1,750 meters above sea level, Cherry Bomb showcases a modern and expressive side of Colombian specialty coffee. After fermentation, the coffee is dried on raised beds and in mechanical silos, then stabilized for 30 days to allow the flavors to harmonize.

About the label
The Cherry Bomb can is also a tribute to the people behind SOLO Brewing’s journey. Inspired by the iconic crowd-style illustration from Green Day’s Dookie album cover, the artwork features friends, partners, and people who have shaped the SOLO Brewing story along the way.
