Vibrant and Elegant
Produced at Anasora Washing Station in the highlands of Guji’s Shakiso area in Ethiopia, this coffee is crafted with a strong focus on precision, clarity, and expressive cup character. The station works closely with surrounding smallholder farmers, selecting ripe cherries carefully before processing to ensure consistency and quality.
Through controlled fermentation, careful lot separation, and slow drying techniques, Anasora has become especially known for clean yet intensely fruit-forward anaerobic coffees. This approach enhances the coffee’s depth and complexity while preserving the floral elegance often associated with Guji terroir.
In the cup, it offers a vibrant and refined profile, combining pronounced fruit character with delicate floral notes and a clean, structured finish. Its anaerobic processing brings added intensity and complexity without overpowering the coffee’s natural elegance.
Tasting Notes: Fruit-forward, floral, clean, expressive, and elegant, with refined acidity and layered anaerobic complexity.
