This Guatemala coffee is grown at 1,550–1,800 MASL in the Fraijanes area, where fertile volcanic soils and cool temperatures support slow, balanced cherry development.

Produced from the Red Catuai variety and processed using the natural method, it develops layered sweetness and fruit clarity while maintaining structure. Consistent rainfall and careful drying practices preserve its expressive profile.

Suitable for both espresso and filter.
