Delicate and Floral – Honduras Coffee
This Honduras coffee is grown at 1,750 MASL on Finca La Bendición in San Juanillo, Intibucá. Produced by Ana Maricela Benítez García, a first-generation coffee farmer, this lot reflects her dedication to building a sustainable future through specialty coffee cultivation.
Planted with the Typica variety and processed using the washed method, the cherries are harvested at peak ripeness, depulped the same day, and fermented for 24 hours before drying slowly in solar dryers for 25–30 days. This careful process highlights the coffee’s clarity and delicate aromatic profile.
With an SCA score of 86.25, the cup presents a refined and elegant character suited for both espresso and filter brewing.
Tasting Notes: Green tea, chamomile, and lychee, with soft florality and a smooth, balanced body.
