Passion Fruit, Raspberry, Jasmine, Lemon, Wine
From the heart of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, Beloya is a specialty coffee grown at 1,699-1,719 meters and processed at the Beloya washing station in Kochere District. Cultivated by smallholder farmers using traditional, chemical-free methods, this coffee reflects the purity and biodiversity of the region.
The cherries are carefully handpicked from the steep hillsides and brought to the Beloya station, where two processing units ensure timely washing and drying with clean water from local rivers. The use of carbonic maceration a process that ferments whole coffee cherries in a sealed, CO₂-rich environment creates extraordinary complexity in flavor, bringing out both vibrancy and depth.
SCA Cupping Score: 88
