Established in 1990 by the Vergara family, the farm began with just 18,000 coffee trees. Over the years, the family expanded their plantation to 90,000 trees by 2006, the same year they made their debut in the Cup of Excellence competition, marking their entry into the world of specialty coffee.

Under the guidance of Jhoan Vergara, the family has refined their production methods and post-harvest processes to create standout microlots. Their dedication and expertise have elevated Finca Las Flores to a symbol of Colombian coffee excellence.

Grown at 1800 meters above sea level, this Red Bourbon microlot undergoes a meticulous washed process, ensuring a clean and vibrant cup profile that reflects the unique terroir of the Huila region.
