Fruity Floral Ethiopian Coffee
West Arsi, located in the Oromia region of Ethiopia, is a high-elevation area with a subtropical climate and a unique combination of dark and red soils.
These conditions allow farmers to grow clean and elegant coffees.
The Mundayo Washing Station, which serves around 750 smallholder farmers, ensures careful processing by sorting cherries and drying them on raised beds for 21 days. This distinct method enhances the natural sweetness and complexity, resulting in a cup that bursts with vibrant fruit notes.
