Serra Coffee Company was born from a journey. The idea took shape while cycling across Africa, where endless landscapes of coffee farms sparked a deep curiosity about the craft behind every cup. Witnessing coffee at its source led to a growing passion for understanding how raw cherries become something so complex and enjoyable.
A few years later, that curiosity turned into commitment. With a change of career and a move to the Algarve, Serra Coffee Company was established as a new chapter rooted in exploration, learning, and quality.
Founded in the Algarve as a micro-roastery, Serra focuses on small-batch roasting, allowing for close attention to detail in every bag. With a particular focus on coffees from Africa, the company reflects the memories, experiences, and inspiration that first set this journey in motion.
