Unity Coffee Roasters, born from a café in 2016 and roasting since 2019, is a Lisbon roastery and HoReCa supplier (HOtels, REstaurants, CAfés/CAtering) committed to quality and sustainability. They roast twice a week and ship coffees “still hot off the roaster.” Unity offers pure single-origin coffees only never blends with dedicated espresso and filter profiles to suit different brewing methods. Green beans are protected in hermetically sealed, vacuum-packed bags and stored in a climate - controlled warehouse, then roasted and packed by hand to preserve freshness and highlight each coffee’s natural character.
