Founded in 2020 by Kevin and Angela Janzen, is a small-batch coffee roastery located in Vila do Conde, Portugal. After nearly a decade in Ireland, the Canadian couple moved to Portugal, bringing their passion for coffee roasting and baking.
Humble Anchor Coffee Roasters collaborates with partners like Grounds, Caraya Coffee, Gold Mountain, and Typica to source high-quality beans from regions including Costa Rica, Colombia, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Rwanda, Kenya, and Papua New Guinea. This approach ensures fair prices, transparent supply chains, and unique flavor profiles, reflecting their commitment to quality and sustainability.
